My wife hasn’t orgasmed from nipple stimulation alone, but it certainly seems to help “get her there” sometimes, whereas other times it seems that her nipples are actually TOO sensitive during arousal, and the feelings of having them handled or suckled are actually uncomfortable or painful, and distracting.

I have orgasmed from her exclusively stimulating my nipples, although it took some time. I’m not sure if that’s rare for a man or if there are other men on this board like me. It definitely doesn’t happen all the time, though. I estimate about five to ten times in six years of marriage.
