Wearing lingerie at work

I recently found out my wife wears lingerie at work, she told me she wore a lingerie bra today. I didn't know how to reply. Does she do it because she thinks it's kinky for her co-workers not to realise? Any feedback from females would be appreciated.

first, I think we need to understand that by "lingerie" you likely mean undergarments that are decidedly sexier than typical utilitarian underwear....this is correct, isnt it?

As a husband of 30+ yrs, I would suggest you consider a reply along these lines, as you weigh your best response.

"I LOVE that!!!! I think it is SO SEXY that you wear your hottest underthings when you go to work!!!! Hey, I have an idea.....how would it be if we (or I) did some shopping for MORE lingerie.....and how about if I sometimes have a say in which ones you wear to work???? I would find it incredibly arousing to imagine you ALL DAY in your sexy lingerie hidden just under your clothes....thinking about how it must feel as you do what you do..."

I would encourage that line of thinking.....take every opportunity that you can to encourage your wife toward her sexier side....it had been my experience that this comes back to us in droves....

Maybe she hadn't had the chance to do laundry and that's all that was clean (it's happened with my wife on more than one occasion). And she took the opportunity to tease you with it.

I think that is wonderful, and I would encourage it in my wife and any other wives, including you.

I am sure you meant no one else notices you are wearing cute/sexy things under your clothes....but....to all of the women out there.....when you "feel pretty"......we DO notice!!! And, it is GOOD!!!

Few things are more appealing in the opposite sex than confidence. Feeling good about how you look and feel MUST create confidence....and boy, do we notice that!!!!!

I agree it probably just makes her feel confident and pretty, and if she told you then she's probably wanting YOU to take notice! I wouldn't think it's for the benefit of anyone at work.

I have worn lingerie at work. My reason is usually because it makes me feel sexy. It makes me feel closer to Dh - the only one who gets to see or even know I'm wearing lingerie. I get to think about him all day, and that definitely leads to benefits for both of us later!

The other reason is that my sexiest bra is also one of my most comfortable. That's it.

I very much doubt your wife's reasoning is kinky. Most of us do it for the confidence boost. Just roll with it and enjoy the ride!
