Is it true (or a myth) that longer penises can, on average, last longer because of more spread out nerve endings? Just curious.

That’s been my personal experience plus that of other men I’ve known who were also longer.

It’s not the case for me. I’m no 10 inches but am well above average and do not last long.

I think there's also other factors possibly at play here, such as learned behavior during masturbation, range of variety of physical structures, etc. For example, you might be an outlier in that you have a large penis, but maybe more nerve endings than most men with large penises and therefore, ejaculate faster naturally. Or it could be affected by learned behavior.

For myself, my learned behavior in masturbation was to make it last as long as possible. In addition, I have sometimes had trouble with physically achieving orgasm, even though I'm aroused and want it. It's frustrating to be sure, and has led to this as one possible reason, as I'm quite large, and I'd heard that other very large men had the same issue. But without a scientific study on this in particular, I don't know for sure, of course.

This is likely where we differ the most. My earliest masturbation habits were linked to looking at porn while I was a teenager so the goal was to finish as quickly as possible as to not get caught. I rarely masturbate now so intercourse, which can vary from one to four times a week, is pretty much my sole method for retraining my orgasm pathways and delaying ejaculation. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work so well.

I have seen dangerous and painful consequences of enlargement techniques, such as painful erections that are deformed from stetching weights, vacuum tubes that work on a device with excessive suction into a tube of unreasonable dimensions, have seen testicles damaged to the point of needing orchiectomy (removal of a testicle), and painful damage due to the purposeful, repeated fracturing of the penis to induce intended scaring.

Great advice! I wish men didn't worry about their size so much. I don't think many wives even think about it. I know I don't. I could not even tell you my husband's size.

I am above average in both length and girth, although a bit shorter than 8 inches and likely a bit narrower than George. Honestly, I wish I was maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inches shorter as I cannot thrust deeply and aggressively in some positions without causing my wife discomfort. Twelve inches? No, thank you! I did wish it was longer before experiencing “bottoming out” during PIV and before measuring and realizing how large I already am.

My girth is not an issue. I at times wish I was a bit wider for purely adolescent pride reasons but at other times wish I was a bit narrower in order to make oral sexual easier for DW and make the possibility of anal sex less daunting for her.

The ideal length is probably the length that allows you to 'bottom out' in your wife where a maximum depth thrust in most positions just has the potential to be too deep and make her just a little uncomfortable. But vaginas are flexible and I get the impression, based on verbal feedback and body language, that slightly uncomfortable starts to feel really nice when she is highly aroused.
