Sexual behavior after first newborn.

After the first baby comes along, how soon should that change sexual behavior, nudity, etc. in their presence?

My earliest memories are from about the age of four.
Before that, my mum and dad could have been dancing around naked all day and made passionate love in the same room without me ever remembering anything about it.

In our case, we were living with my parents for the first 9 month's after baby's birth. During that time, we were not having sex so it was a non issue.

Later when we moved to our own home, we would have sex after baby was asleep. We might hug or kiss in front of baby, but nothing more.

Hopefully the baby sees your boobs, and you naked. Nothing wrong with nudity unless you tell the child it is wrong.

We often were naked in front of our kids until they were around 3 or 4 years old. No big deal. We didn’t make love in front of them while they were awake though. Too distracting for us.

We rented a one bedroom apartment for the first nine months of our oldest child's life. I was a bit self conscious at first, but I know he doesn't remember anything.

Now nine years and five babies later, well, clearly we haven't been too inhibited....

For best body image development, consider that children are not phased by seeing either parent naked prior to age four, unless the parent freaks out to the extent that the child is frightened: this absolutely should not happen!
Next, to encourage modesty but not place undue pressures upon children, such modesty as respecting private toilet is appropriate during toilet training, but same gender nudity should be common, at least until puberty. Otherwise, a person's own development of body image suffers.
Sexual activity between husband and wife may frighten children past age two, due to the possibility that moans, screams and physical thrashing may be misunderstood as violence.

A few more things to mention:
1.) We were always very discreet about our sex life but my wife never had any particular inhibitions about nudity. She would be quite relaxed walking out of the bathroom naked after a shower. It never bothered the kids.
2.) Our son was breastfed for 3.5 years and he has no recollection of it at all.
