Thx for the illustration Paul. The issue is too important to me to “never say never” but as a person who had allergy shots from age 5 to 18, during college, then later in my 30’s for 6-8 yrs, and as someone who has had many fillings and never accepted novacaine until getting a crown at age 56 because I couldn’t get past the thought of a shot in my mouth, I’d have a really hard time getting past the thought of sticking a needle in my penis.

PS - no laughing gas either for all those fillings, just white knuckled it through; never offered it until I was about 30. Personally, I think all staff, board, and church meetings should have laughing gas available for all.

Yep, OK, if that ever becomes necessary, yes, I could deal with an injection in the shaft.

Hopefully the supplements and/or natural testosterone production will continue to be effective.

If you do it right (I was taught how by a female urologist!), there is very little to no pain. Even if you miss the sweet spot, the pain is minimal, lasts only a second or two, and is worth the trade off to get a reliable erection!
So, curious, and just hypothetically speaking, for future reference - where is the injection site? If it's in the shaft, I could deal with that. In the head, like the meatus (opening), that would almost certainly be a hard no for me. God forbid it should ever come to that.
Paul’s graphic is right on. The needle is just a short insulin needle that can be purchased anywhere like Walmart. You have to be a little careful not to inject into a vein, but there is very little bleeding even if you do. Hit the right spot and there is really no pain at all, which I know seems counter-intuitive, but it’s the truth! :D It takes just a couple minutes to start working, and gives a reliable erection even without stimulation that will last a couple hours.

Is it ever annoying to be done, and your erection is not?

Not really! The erection does subside some after ejaculation, but it still stays semi erect and pleasureable for a while. It also helps me last longer, but I’ve noticed it is also harder to orgasm. Still, I’d take all that over not getting hard enough at all!
