May I suggest changing the wording just a bit here? There are those who might read this as justification to ban sex during a period, and that's very couple specific. Something softer such as, "Consider your comfort level during her period."

At one point I had "avoid her period if necessary". I will change it back. Even if a couple has sex during that time, some things are going to be rather messy and if you're trying something new you don't need the added hassle.

I think that's more inclusive of varying preferences. It's a sticky situation (pun intended).

I am picking the real foundational stuff, plus some fun activities, to make the first course 8 or 9 units over twice as many weeks.

An update:

I've found a system that sends emails the way I want them to go out. It allows people to join at any time and get the units in order at the right pace.

I think most 2 week units will be emails on Friday, Monday, Friday Monday, but some will be different.

I've come up with eight units for the first course, so it will run 16 weeks. There will be two or more follow-up courses of twelve or fourteen weeks.

I've started creating content. I want at least half of the first course done before I open it up. I hope to do that before the end of the month.
