I have found taking Tadalafil with about 1500 mg of Citrulline works wonders. The Tadalafil works better with just a small dose of Citrulline for me.

Thanks. I take as part of our nightly routine when we both take our pills, vitamins, etc. I used to take L-Citrulline and I’ll back into my daily routine.

I should add make sure your testosterone and estrogen are optimized! Do that first. You may not even need a PDE5 inhibitor. And that will benefit your overall health more than anything else you can do.

Just this morning I woke with a more firm erection but still not as firm for couples time as it used to be. Do I just need to give it more time? How long should I expect to start seeing improvements?
Don't give up until you have been on it for two weeks. It usually is working at three days, unless there is another medical or psychologic problem. It is not uncommon to be so stressed out over ED, that we become too anxious to perform when we want to. Are you having morning erections yet? If they have started back, then performance anxiety is likely present.
If no erections in two weeks, you should see your doctor in order to consider other issues, such as diabetes, BP too high or low, or blockage of penile arteries.

The doctor who gave the prescription should have done this.

Low T is not actually a common cause of ED. It has to be pretty low to be a factor, and if it's that low, the guy may have lost any interest in sex. But yeah, it's on the list.

Testosterone is slightly above normal (783 my/DL) at my last check up a few weeks ago. I’m 63 and haven’t deal with ED yet. I mentioned to I my PCP about less than firm erections the past several months. So we’re giving daily Tadalafil a try.

It's great to hear that you've found some relief with the 5mg/day Cialis and the Neo40 supplement. It sounds like you're being proactive in exploring different options to improve your erectile function, and it's encouraging that you've noticed positive changes, especially with night-time erections.

It's understandable that you're aiming to achieve the nitric oxide levels of your younger years, and it's commendable that you're experimenting with various supplements to support your sexual health. Each individual responds differently to treatments, so it's all about finding what works best for you.

Thank you for sharing your experience and offering suggestions to others who may be facing similar challenges. Your insights may help others in their journey to find effective solutions for erectile dysfunction.

Best of luck to you as well, and I hope you continue to see improvements in your sexual health and overall well-being.
