It's great knowing there's resources and support out there. Thanks for sharing.
God can change what people do, behavioral patterns that have been in play for decades. He can change what we do to cope, to find comfort, to survive conflict, to count. Rahab had done a same old thing for years... and then she did something new.

I wish there was more info published by women for the male audience to educate men on this and how they can help their wives. Maybe a husband/wife combo thing.

@TheAccountant I am the owner of the Pain-Free Intimacy Facebook group. I totally recognize the need for partners to learn how to support their wives! In my vaginismus program, we have a Vaginismus for Husbands mini-course that my husband helped create for practical ways to support your spouse. On my instagram @painfree.intimacy I also have a story highlight for husbands with tips! And in the next few weeks the podcast 'Heaven in Your Home' will come out with an episode on how to support your wife with vaginismus that my husband and I did. Trying to get stuff out there! We see all of these awesome husbands wanting to help! Woohoo!
