DW was at her HRT providers this AM and the lady, wife of the provider, and his nurse gave her a book recommendation: (As an added note, she, the nurse is also on HRT so she and DW have conversations about the results that are X-rated....)

I will add in Ageless, Suzanne Somers book, its what convinced me to try and also had a link for drs in it and how we found ours.
