It's been my understanding that most women are not low in estrogen, but actually progesterone. We get a lot of "fake" estrogens (xenoestrogens) from all the chemicals in our environment now. Its also one factor for more men now being low in testosterone. Either way, it would probably be good to have her hormone levels checked so you know for sure.

From what I have seen over the years around here, often an estrogen suppository or cream is what helps.
Yes, estrogen helped my wife's vagain a huge amount. she feels like she did in her 20's! That is not joke. It takes about 2 to 3 months to fully work.

It did zero for her libido, she still has near zero interst in sex.
