Hello, I’m in the UK and wondering what the best way to find a Christian couples therapist/sex therapist would be. I have no idea how to go about this and I’m worried that a random person who doesn’t know what they’re doing might do more harm than good.
Thanks in advance!

I'm not in the UK - I do know we have at least one member here who is, and perhaps they have better insight. I did find this site after doing a search for NHS Christian counsellors. https://www.acc-uk.org/
My experience with therapists is that it's really going to be a shot in the dark. Your friend could have the best counselor in the world, but if that person doesn't click with you personally then you won't get anything out of it. The opposite can be true as well. You really have to shop around. I have found that if you can find one with similar personal interests to yours, it can make for a better experience.

I don't know how being out of the country works... but there's a Sex Therapist who is a Christian, recommended on here. I know at one point you could "meet" online... you could check her out.... Dr. Jessica McCleese
God can change what people do, behavioral patterns that have been in play for decades. He can change what we do to cope, to find comfort, to survive conflict, to count. Rahab had done a same old thing for years... and then she did something new.

Not sure about UK regulations. I’d start with looking for Christian associations over there and see what they have to offer and recommend. We have several in the US that a quick google search can reveal and I’ve purchased education and training resources from them in the past of sexuality, which was done by some of the top Christian sexuality counselors/ authors/speakers of all-time here in the US, including the Penners and Doug Rosenau.
Dr. Corey Allan of Passionately Married (formerly known as Sexy Marriage Radio) and a former host of his, Shannon Ethridge, do long distance “coaching” online. It is my understanding counselors have to be licensed in their respective states but by “coaching” people out-of-state, trained and licensed counselors don’t have borders.
