Update. Went to urulogist yesterday. No BPH. “Boggy Prostate”, which from what I’ve ready basically means a very minor case of prostatis. He essentially said that I can get “congested” down there, and when I do, that’s why I get a feeling like I can’t fully cum, or at night that my stream is lessened. I am starting to look into this, because I feel like even after we have sex, I still feel congested often times. I think it’s because of that body prostate. This past week, after one session, I commented on this to her and she offered a hj. It seemed to help empty things a bit more.

An ejaculation without a massage does not seem to completely flush out the prostate, especially if there is inflammation from infection. My urologist told me that I just needed more ejaculations, but that was not enough for me. I was already ejaculating about once a day.

All of the ones that I mentioned in this reply in (Caring for the prostate) are less than $100. Use them before, during, and immediately after your ejaculation.

The Aneros devices can be used with a partner during intercourse. She won’t be able to manipulate it, but she can still play a role with intercourse. If you go that route, I’d suggest that you spend some time with it inserted for a while before you proceed to intercourse and orgasm. The MGX model is about $60, depending on the variant.

Both of the other devices are vibrators and both of great for prostate massage. You may be able to purchase both devices for cheaper than a doctor’s visit, depending on your deductible. I did a quick internet search and found both of them on the Walmart and Amazon sites for about $20 each. Try both and see which one works best. They don’t have identical shapes, and you may find that one reaches your affected regions better than the other. One of our favorite methods is to have my wife sit between my legs while she manipulates the massager while I work my penis with some lubricant. I'm not sure if I was explicit enough: You wife can also assist by providing prostate massage by inserting a lubricated finger into the anus and massaging the prostate that way. Prostate massage seems much more effective if you have an erection. The erection will provide a firm foundation between the prostate and the finger, and gives the finger something to press against.

She can massage the prostate with one hand will giving you a hand job with the other hand. We find it best if I take care of my penis while she focuses on the prostate. Make sure that the prostate is massaged while you are erect, and then proceed to an ejaculation. Massaging before, during and immediately after the ejaculation seems to be helpful.

Last night, after feeling congested again from the prior night, I asked Red to give me handjob, using our we-vibe as stimulation in the perineum area. I was prescribed Cipro for 3 weeks when I had an acute infection roughly 20 years ago. I had been on the antibiotic for a couple of weeks with only small improvement when I tried the massage treatment. I tried the massage in the evening, and things were dramatically better the next day. I then did daily prostate massage for about 5 days, and it cleared up nicely. It was an amazing improvement. This was after suffering for about 6-10 weeks with it getting gradually worse. I will occasionally encounter mild inflammation, but massage always seems to kill it without any medications. We sometimes do massage just for the fun of it, which may prevent any infection from developing.

It is supposedly very difficult for the antibiotic to reach the infected regions of a prostate infection. I’ve read that some men live with chronic infections, and that some are prescribed a long-term low dose of antibiotic. Prostate massage seems like a more logical treatment if it works for you.

One word of caution: The first prostate massage while I had the more acute infection caused urethral burning after ejaculation. I understand now that prostatic fluid gets very alkaline during an infection. It was unpleasant and I drank lots of water afterwards. It was fine by the next day, and it has never reoccurred.

interestingly enough, i experienced the burning a while back, but since the antibiotics and repeated ejaculations over a 2 day period in the past couple of weeks, it’s gone away. now it’s just a semi-regular congested feeling.
