  • They may be ashamed of what they’ve done/said here on the board and don’t want their spouse to find out, or just want to make a clean break and remove temptation to return.
  • They’re merely embarrassed about their participation on a board dedicated to sex and don’t want their spouse to find out
As a guy who has been in and out twice or thrice now, I can say these two applied to me. But it's as a young man still living with his parents for monetary reasons.
I wonder what it would be like if you found out your parents were on MB or they found out you were? I hope when my sons are the appropriate age they can learn from good sites like this one. But chatting about the topics here with them might be complicated.
Blessed to have a second chance. Say hi and share your knowledge.

My father passed away recently, and honestly not sure either of them would be on here.
Same, and very much so! I may be learning useful tips for my future bride, but I'm also learning that those who are my elders are just as easily aroused as someone my age.

Conversations with my mom were TMI at first. But in the end I realized my parents were very much just another married couple that liked sex sometimes, tried a variety of things and had issues and disagreements like most of us. Not that it was ever completely comfortable but well worth the discomfort. In the end I was even able to admit things to her. Many of which she knew I had done. Fortunately she was not judgemental. Suggested things that might help. Did the same for my brother and sister in law who I now have a close relationship with.

"Deleted Users" have deleted their own accounts.
God can change what people do, behavioral patterns that have been in play for decades. He can change what we do to cope, to find comfort, to survive conflict, to count. Rahab had done a same old thing for years... and then she did something new.

Very interesting - I wondered the same and agree with the answers people have given. Thanks.
